The B2B Payments Product Analytics Team plays a crucial role in driving product innovation and decision-making through data. We partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, Finance, and Commercial teams to enhance customer experiences and accelerate business growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to lead a team of 4-5 analysts and spearhead data-driven decision-making for our B2B Network & Payments product. This leader will develop strategic analytics frameworks, guide experimentation, and drive insights that shape the future of B2B payments at Intuit.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 4-5 product analysts
Define and execute the teams analytics strategy to support hyper-growth and expansion
Analytics & Strategy:
Define and track key product and business performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
Drive strategic insights to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for B2B Payments
Guide team to translate complex data findings into clear insights and actionable business strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Commercial teams to drive data-backed decisions.
Work with data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure, ensure data quality, and build scalable analytics solutions.
Enforce prioritization of analytics asks to ensure the team is working on most impactful work
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in product, customer, and GTM analytics
4+ years of leadership experience managing a team of analysts
Familiarity with SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering etc.).
Ability to influence senior leaders with strong data storytelling and business acumen.
Experience with experimentation and causal inference, familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Preferred: Experience in financial technology, payments, or B2B platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering fast-paced, data-driven insights that fuel critical product and business decisions. You will conduct ad-hoc analyses to investigate user behavior, identify product opportunities, and surface key findings that will directly inform Waze's roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Program and Operations Managers, Marketing Managers, and other Data Scientists to handle unique and challenging problems at the core of the Waze product.

Monitor Waze's performance against goals, analyze root causes of deviations, and provide executive leadership with data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
Collaborate on in-depth analytical projects, uncover insights to drive product enhancements and improve user experience. Ensure Waze and Geo are aligned on key metrics, identify proxy metrics, and guide the design of new metrics to provide a comprehensive view of driving behavior across platforms.
Drive efforts in leveraging next generation data science capabilities to address new problem areas.
Serve as a thought leader within Waze and beyond, using data analysis and business acumen to shape product roadmaps, measurement strategies, and drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), or 5 years work experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Proficiency with statistical packages (R or Python) to perform forecasting, segmentation, classification, and exploratory data analysis, in addition to gathering and processing data through standard querying languages (e.g., SQL).
Knowledge of statistics and commonly used statistical methods (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, cohort analysis) and data visualization skills, including building dashboards and visualizations for business reviews and executive-level presentations.
Ability to translate product questions into problem solving frameworks and combining business acumen and statistics to arrive at an answer.

Product Growth Analyst Responsibilities
Drive long-term growth of Meta Inc products through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences
Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy
Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long term growth
Execute on projects by working closely with engineering, product management, data science and other members of product teams to land impact on product goals. Lead experimentation from designing tests to analyzing results in order to make launch decisions
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
Over 3 year experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)

Experience working with and influencing multi disciplinary product teams consisting but not limited to software engineers, designers, product managers and data scientists
