Job Overview
Come join our Trust and Safety organization as a Senior Staff Product Manager and help us ensure that our customers can trust our products, including Quickbooks, TurboTax, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating a secure environment for our customers and who can develop innovative solutions for the unique challenges we face.

As a Product Manager, you will be working across our entire product ecosystem, with a focus on creating safer and more secure capabilities to enable our business requirements, and help ensure the safety of our customers.

Responsibilities
Developing and optimizing our methodology for creating safer and more secure capabilities to support our products, including impacting relevant parts of our entire trust and safety product roadmap. Youll be in charge of generating PRDs, and engaging our internal and external customers as part of the planning cycle
Create relationships and collaborate with stakeholders in the organization, which may include peer product development teams, data engineering teams, policy and investigation teams, data science teams, and strategic partners across business units to align and help ensure smooth execution of your relevant parts in the trust and safety roadmap
Prioritizing backlogs and working across teams to drive features and initiatives that improve our Trust and Safety strategy
Analyzing data to identify key leverage points for improving our Trust and Safety checkpoints and mitigating high-risk activities
Designing experiments and establishing success metrics to get rapid learning with the aim of creating solutions that solve sensitive Trust and Safety problems
Presenting regularly to the core leadership team on project deliverables, roadmap status, and challenges in meeting our Trust and Safety goals
Requirements:
Domain expertise in Trust and Safety, or the domains of Identity, Fraud, Risk, or Security
Technical background as a leader in software engineering is highly desirable
A strong leader that can lead horizontally with grace, and good communications skills
Passionate about solving customer problems, with deep domain expertise in complex business areas that establish customer empathy and trust, while minimizing friction for good customers
A self-motivated person, who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication
Strong analytical skills, passionate about analytics and metrics, and able to develop their points of view using a data-backed approach
Passion for seeking a deep understanding of customer Trust and Safety needs, turning insights into a compelling vision that drives safe and trustworthy product solutions
Understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and vendors

Responsibilities
Drive the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for Checkout, Conversion, and Notifications capabilities, including building core horizontal capabilities, delightful UX and hyper-contextualized experiences to solve the broad needs across different industries and business types.
Form a deep understanding of Quickbooks payments checkout product, customers, and conversion strategies.
Think like a general manager of the product working backwards from big revenue goals while balancing revenue outcomes with product quality, speed and consumer needs
Build strong platform capabilities that ensure stability and credibility around delivery, further enhancing the customer experience
Be customer-centered and data-driven, working closely with analytics to define a measurement strategy that optimizes for long-term success and helps build confidence around predicting winning experiments
Drive rigorous prioritization and investment decisions necessary to deliver your teams vision and roadmaps
Build and lead an exceptional team of PMs. Lead the team with product rigor and customer and data obsessed decision making at a fast pace. Hold high standards, drive accountability, encourage diverse perspectives and debates - all while not compromising kindness and empathy. Build and sustain a cohesive culture that brings together highly successful groups of people of diverse backgrounds that use strong communication, thought leadership and customer obsession to build world class products.
Promote the health of the product organization by coaching/mentoring, participating in recruiting, and contributing to other product org
Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a product manager, designing and shipping multiple impactful SaaS software experiences across web and mobile iOS / Android
Proven track record of successfully scaling an organization and managing teams of leaders and individual Ability to attract and retain top talent.
Previous payments experience with specific expertise in building modern checkout experiences
Analytical data driven thinker - Balances data and intuition in driving product decisions
