Leading the full-cycle recruitment process alongside hiring managers for a various range of positions (software, headquarters, technical etc).
Act as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns and support hire to retire process
Lead all HR processes and using HR system (BambooHR) to support employee life cycle.
Work with managers to define job descriptions, responsibilities, and requirements.
Seek candidates through social media, job portals, academic institutes, employee referrals and other tactics to find the best candidates with the Bagira.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the job and for our company culture.
Manage recruiting process from interview scheduling through the hiring process at Comeet system
Requirements: Bachelors degree in relevant field - must
3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR business partnering a must.
Leading successful recruitment process end to end.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
High level of energy, motivation, initiative, independence and proactiveness.
High proficiency in both English and Hebrew.
