Position Summary

We're looking for a BI Developer to join our global team and work on our massive data processing pipeline and help us deliver insights.

Responsibilities
Pull data from various data sources and integrate into the ETL process
Optimize workloads to reduce cost and improve performance
Develop monitoring over BI infrastructure
Translate business requirements to technical specifications
Work closely with Product analysts, Marketing, Data Scientists and Finance to deliver insights
Design and own our DWH
Work with a variety of databases (Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, MySQL)
Monitor the integrity and validity of the data
Design and develop data visualizations (Tableau)
Maintain our Platforms (Snowflake, Tableau etc.)

What you'll be doing
Analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to inform strategic decision-making.
Design, manage and maintain analytics products and BI solutions for the entire group.
Create clear and visually compelling reports and dashboards to present analytical findings to key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized reporting solutions that address specific business needs.
Work closely with multiple teams (R&D, Product, Monetization and more) to understand business objectives and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives. Translate business requirements into actionable analytical tasks and deliverables. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights.

Data Engineering Manager, Analytics Responsibilities
Drive the mission and strategy for Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing across a product vertical
Build and lead a high-quality BI and Data Warehousing team, designing it to scale
Develop cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver on those needs
Manage data warehouse plans, drive data quality, and ensure operational efficiency
Design, build, and launch new data models and pipelines in production
Deliver high-impact dashboards and data visualizations
Define and manage Service Level Agreements for all data sets and processes running in production
Demonstrated operational skills to drive efficiency and speed
