You will manage strategic projects within Aura's Content Solutions organization, AKA Aura News.

Due to your strong technical and data orientation, you will have the ability to deep dive into our product bits and bytes and contribute significantly to the evolution and performance of our product.

By taking on this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our internal processes, our external processes with clients, as well as our product performance.

To better understand the projects with the biggest impact, you will need to work closely with most teams across the organization.

What you'll be doing
Identify, define, and manage the execution of projects and A/B tests to drive measurable growth and performance improvements for the organization.
Streamline operations by developing and leading internal processes to enhance efficiency and goal alignment.
Collaborate closely with technical teams, including developers, QA, Product, Business Intelligence, and Monetization, to ensure seamless execution.
Create customer-facing documentation to communicate product performance, A/B test results, and new features effectively to clients.
Provide support to US-based client-facing teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

As a Project Manager within Auras Content Solutions organization (also known as Aura News), youll lead strategic, high-impact projects that drive both internal efficiency and product performance. Your strong technical and data orientation will allow you to dive deep into the productfrom infrastructure to user-facing featuresand contribute meaningfully to its evolution.

Youll be expected to ramp up quickly, develop a strong understanding of Aura Newss workflows, and take full ownership of key projects. Over time, your impact will include streamlining processes across teams, strengthening client delivery, and contributing meaningfully to the products performance and growth at scale.

What you'll be doing
Independently operate a complex technical platform, shaping and implementing user experiences including personalized content for diverse audiences.
Manage the end-to-end execution of projects and A/B tests, including hands-on implementation and performance optimization.
Lead the technical release process for product versions- prepare release notes, communicate with clients, and coordinate rollouts to align with business goals.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product, BI, Monetization) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Create and maintain client-facing documentation to clearly communicate product performance, A/B test outcomes, and feature updates.
