We are looking for a talented and driven Program Manager to join our team and lead our most challenging and innovative Space Programs.
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders customers, engineering, operations, subcontractors, and management to successfully execute, supervise, and deliver program goals, timelines, and budgets.
Location: Jerusalem
Reporting to: VP Programs & Business Development
Requirements: 7+ years experience managing multidisciplinary technological programs, including customer-facing roles Must.
Experience in Space Programs or working with space-related organizations (e.g., MBT, ISI, Unit 9900) advantage.
Academic degree in Engineering or Physics Must.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in agile methodologies advantage.
Fluency in English Must.
