We are looking for a Network Engineer, who is motivated, self-managed, team player with good interpersonal skills to be responsible for:

Engaging with customers worldwide to understand and address their technical requirements.
Deploying the company's cutting-edge Beta software and hardware on customers' sites, ensuring a seamless experience prior to market release.
Collaborating directly with development teams, QA engineers, and managers at all levels.
Conducting comprehensive testing, debugging, and documentation of beta deployments in simulated customer environments and during on-site activities.
Providing effective technical support to beta testing customers.

As a Tier 3 Support Engineer, you will be in charge of taking full ownership of customer technical issues globally, leading internal escalations, maintaining the knowledge base, providing product feedback, and managing support-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
As the Tier 3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Taking full ownership of customer technical issues for Perimeter 81's customers, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root causes, and issue resolution and communication

Leading internal escalations and communicating with the Customer Success, Sales, and R&D teams

Designing and maintaining the Perimeter 81 knowledge base, keeping it up-to-date with relevant information

Providing product feedback and insights to internal teams

Managing internal projects related to support such as training and support readiness for release

We are looking for a Technical Success Engineer who is passionate about computer networking, working with customers, and driving success.

You will work directly with R&D managers in charge of leading security products, and act as their product technical expert.

You will be part of a leading security product of the leading vendor in the Cyber Security industry.

Key Responsibilities
You will be required to master all product aspects- customer-related, such as controlling production customer status, prospects, trends, lead campaigns, and more.
Act as the focal point for all technical stakeholders, such as pre-sale POC and EA, post-sale support, sales, professional services, and more.
Facilitate continuous knowledge transfer with above mentioned parties, lead training, and lead product demonstrations internally and customer-facing.
Generate periodic product reports, indicating overall customer-facing matters.
Influence product roadmap and take an active role with product characterization.
