Responsibilities
You will develop complex cloud-based infrastructure and platform services, building code that will reach Azure resources and extensions, using various technology stacks with the latest tools and methodologies.
You will break down ;problems, build execution plan, have open mind and eventually be accountable to your code all the way to production.
You will drive resilient, safe and secure GenAI and agentic functionality integrating into our clinical solutions and Microsoft platforms.
You will own the entire product lifecycle end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support
You will oversee production systems and help resolve critical customer issues
You will take part in security, privacy, and compliance processes.
You will work closely with the product, data science and medical science teams to deliver excellent results.

The Edge AI group is composed builds Agentic platform designed to support complex scenarios, including RAG. In addition, the group is building Video analysis at the edge and the cloud (Azure Video Indexer) that allows customers to get insights from videos at scale. Products involve cross team collaboration between product managers, data scientists and backend / full stack Engineers

The Infrastructure and Developer Platform (IDP) team within the Microsoft Threat Protection (MTP) organization builds and maintains the infrastructure and developer platform that all Defender products rely on, in an unmtachable scale. This platform allows engineers across MTP to more easily deploy their services, lower costs, and increase security and reliability across our fleet.
Responsibilities


Serve as a hands-on Kubernetes subject matter expert, driving architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient AKS-based solutions.
Design and implement cloud-native security solutions using Azure technologies, with a focus on container runtime protection, policy enforcement, and threat detection.
Own and deliver production-grade services with high availability, reliability, and performance across global AKS deployments.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, secure build systems, and automated testing frameworks tailored for Kubernetes workloads.
Drive observability and telemetry improvements, including logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response for services.
Identify and implement innovative approaches to secure Kubernetes workloads at scale, including leveraging AI/ML for anomaly detection.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that shape Microsofts container security roadmap and influence industry best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for end-to-end delivery of features and services.

Responsibilities
Research and develop detection methods for new and advanced attack techniques -from exploits to implants. Build end-to-end PoCs, from offensive testing to scalable detection, across all our cloud and identity platforms. Stay up to date on the latest attack trends and build strong detections across the kill chaincovering agentic AI & LLM threats, cloud and identity-based attacks. Collaborate with multiple product and engineering teams to design the next iteration of security products, implement detection ideas and validate their effectiveness using a data-driven approach. Collaborate with data science teams to drive ML based protections, understand, and identify detection gaps, capabilities, assumptions, and improvements. Provide cybersecurity expertise as needed during security escalations and incidents to help protect Microsoft and our customers.
