We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience supporting end-users in a mid-to-large scale organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support to end-users in an organization of 300+ employees
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems
Install, configure, and maintain printers and related devices
Assist with Office 365 applications and services
Work closely with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high user satisfaction
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT end-user support
In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting
Proficiency in Office 365 applications
Experience with Active Directory user management
Knowledge of printer setup and troubleshooting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
