We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager (PM) to lead end-to-end project execution across companys multidisciplinary R D organization. This role requires strong technical understanding, operational control, and leadership maturity to manage the full project lifecyclefrom planning and scoping, through design, development, system -level testing, and final release. You will serve as a key point of coordination across R D, QA, Product, Operations, and Customer Support, ensuring seamless execution across hardware, Embedded, system tools, and cloud platforms, with a clear focus on quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project management of multidisciplinary systems (hardware, software, mechanics).
Proven experience managing system -level testing, validation, and product readiness cycles.
Deep understanding of the development lifecycle: scoping, design, development, integration, testing, and GA.
Hands-on experience with project management tools: MS Project (required), Azure DevOps (TFS), Concerto (advantage).
Demonstrated experience with matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working directly with customers, managing expectations, and delivering high-satisfaction outcomes.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple simultaneous efforts.
Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities.
