Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and tailor SAP SuccessFactors solutions accordingly
- Lead system configurations, customizations, and enhancements across various SuccessFactor modules
- Provide ongoing Technical Support, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user guidance
- Manage and deliver end-to-end projects within your area of responsibility
- Implement and optimize HR business processes in SuccessFactors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive system efficiency and functionality
Requirements: Requirements:
- Technical proficiency with 12 years experience in SuccessFactors, including system configuration, integrations, and data management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with SAP HR ( SAP HCM) modules or any other HR system
- Bachelors degree in Industrial engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with data migration, interface development, or integration tools
