Responsibilities
Drive technical sales with business and IT decision makers through demos and PoCs, influencing solution design and enabling production deployments.
Lead hands-on engagementshackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshopsto accelerate adoption of Microsoft Copilot tools and cloud platforms.
Build trusted relationships with developers and platform leaders, co-designing secure, scalable architectures and solutions.
Resolve technical blockers and objections, collaborating closely with engineering teams to share insights and continuously improve products.
Maintain deep expertise in AI Foundry & Application Architecture (Agentic AI framework, Semantic Kernel, Foundry SDK, Responsible AI) and in cloud-native app development (APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven architectures, Python, Java, or.NET).
Expand expertise in AI Management & Security (GenAI Ops, Sentinel, orchestrator, monitoring).
Represent Microsoft as a thought leader in developer communities and customer forums.

We are looking for an Atlassian Platform Expert & Enterprise AI to join our IT Team as a temporary 1 year maternity leave (MLA) replacement, who has a passion for collaboration tools, process optimization, and IT service management, who has a desire to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and ensure the successful implementation and management of Atlassian tools like Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.
We use an interesting and mixed technology stack: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence (Wiki), and integrations with various internal systems and third-party tools.


In this position, you will use your expertise in configuring Atlassian tools and will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Jira-based workflows, manage Jira Service Desk projects, maintain documentation in Wiki, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.



Key Responsibilities
Manage and design Jira Service Management projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, SLAs etc.
Develop and maintain custom automation rules, queues, forms, and dashboards to improve efficiency and visibility
Collaborate with stakeholders across Check Point departments to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Monitor system performance, manage platform upgrades, and apply best practices for platform reliability and scalability
Create and deploy AI based projects or solutions that enhance business operations, drive innovation, and improve decision making across various domains
