As a FullStack Tech Lead you will be a key technological leader and hands-on contributor throughout the entire development lifecycle of our product's critical features.
You'll drive innovation and take ownership from the initial concept through to production deployment.
What Youll Do:
Lead the Full Software Development Lifecycle: Architect, plan, design, develop, TEST, deploy, and maintain our software products, ensuring robustness and scalability.
Hands-On Development: Lead by example with active involvement in coding, debugging, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Establish Technical Standards: Create a framework of technical standards and procedures to guide the development process.
Implement Agile Practices: Utilize Agile methodologies, to manage and optimize the development process and workflow.
Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
Proven experience in designing and working with SQL databases.
Strong experience in the full software development cycle: development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Experience in software architecture with a solid understanding of system design and implementation.
Hands-on approach to development and technical problem-solving.
Strong familiarity with GIT repository management and collaborative workflows.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Team player with strong self-management and multitasking abilities.
A can-do attitude with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - an advantage
Experience with PHP Laravel - an advantage
