You'll be joining Cisco Silicon One Israeli team which is the core center of Ciscos SW and ASIC design. You'll be part of the group driving our groundbreaking next-generation network devices - Cisco Silicon One. Our unique team works in a startup atmosphere inside a stable and leading corporate and develops the full software stack enabling the Silicon One ASICs. Your Impact
You'll be joining Cisco Silicon One team, which is at the center of the silicon development at Cisco. Our engineers deal with all chip design aspects: definition, architecture, micro-architecture, design, verification, signoff and validation.
We use the latest silicon technologies and processes to build the largest scale and most complex devices at the edge of feasibility.
We are constantly offering several positions in the ASIC development field:
Design and verification under the front-end design team
Physical Design implementation team
Signal integrity (SI), Power integrity (PI) and Lab post silicon electrical characterization
Analog/Mixed Signal Design team
DFT (Design for testing) design team

Your Impact
Bridge the gap between Ciscos central IT organization and the Silicon One engineering teams.
Collaborate with IT to provision and manage compute infrastructure, networked storage, and virtualized environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of compute, storage, and networking systems.
Develop and maintain custom automation scripts and tooling in Python and Perl to support semiconductor workflows.
Ensure security and access control policies are enforced across systems.
Partner with silicon development teams to understand evolving needs and improve infrastructure efficiency.
Support engineers with debugging of infrastructure and EDA tool-related workflow issues.
Own infrastructure-related data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.

As a Lab Engineer, youll play a key role in building and maintaining the environments that power our engineering success.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role at the heart of our development process.

Your Impact
Assemble, configure, and dismantle lab setups consisting of communication hardware from simple boards to complex systems

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, setup, and maintenance of lab equipment

Plan and support lab requirements for new projects including estimating board quantities, selecting appropriate gear, and designing connectivity schemes

Prepare and maintain work environments for engineering teams, ensuring operational readiness

Oversee lab logistics work with procurement and manage equipment inventory and stock planning

Coordinate installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across the lab infrastructure

Work cross-functionally with engineers and operations teams to ensure the lab supports evolving project needs

You'll join the Front-End Design team at Cisco Silicon One, responsible for all chip design processes from definition and microarchitecture to final product.

Our design engineers engage in every aspect of chip design: definition, design, verification, signoff, and validation through to production.

We apply the latest silicon technologies and processes to build the largest-scale and most sophisticated devices, pushing the boundaries of feasibility.

The Foundation AI team joined Cisco through the Robust Intelligence acquisition in fall 2024 to lead research and development of security and AI at Cisco. The team has deep expertise in AI and security and is an active contributor to cutting edge research and standards on AI and security. At Cisco, our mission is to build AI Security at Cisco scale as well as lead the next generation of AI infrastructure for disruptive security products across Cisco.

Track and analyze emerging AI systems, focusing on applications and environments related to security and safety.
Develop a platform for AI data training, fine tuning, evaluation and other AI related needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to translate research ideas into product features. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our overall machine learning culture as an early member of the team.
