What Youll Do
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, driving both technical excellence and professional development.
Partner with product and executive leadership to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with company goals.
Oversee complex development initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution and on-time delivery.
Architect and scale a robust, customer-facing SaaS platform built for large-scale data and global usage.
Remain hands-on (~30%) to guide development, support critical decisions, and maintain deep technical expertise.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members as the organization scales.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance engineering culture.
Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
7+ years of experience in software engineering.
3+ years of R D or engineering management experience within startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and enterprise-grade SaaS development.
Hands-on experience with modern web and server-side technologies (TypeScript, C #, Python ).
Experience building products on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Nice to Have
Experience with Big Data pipelines, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
