Job Overview
Join Intuits Futures team as a Staff Product designer. The Futures team develops and incubates emerging technologies, user experiences, and capabilities that will transform the future of our customers, products, and business. Our work focuses on solving problems for our customers, small businesses and consumers, with technologies such as AI and leading edge fintech. We work with teams across Intuit to influence and contribute to Intuits business and strategy. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibilities from spearheading to launching the next generation of customer experiences and capabilities for our current and future customers. You will be part of a small multi-talented team of engineers and product managers, incubating trajectory changing experiences and services for Intuit.

Responsibilities
Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
Take ideas and concepts, and visualize them in such that they are communicated effectively and compellingly for internal leaders, partners and customers
Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system
Directly responsible for delivering User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes and prototypes
Collaborate effectively with researchers, product management, development, marketing, and other team members
Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
Participate in and foster the Intuit Experience Design Community and mentor junior members of the design team
Four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field. Graduate degree a plus

We are looking for a brilliant QA Automation Engineer to join our team. Create and manage a large scale systems using cutting edge technologies in an agile environment.

Work will include maintenance of servers software and OS, scaling our system, tuning of systems, deployment of our application to production environments and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Pytest for infrastructure components.
Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to create clear and concise test scenarios and specifications.
Design and execute comprehensive test suites for infrastructure systems deployed on AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and incorporate them into the automation strategy.
Scale and optimize test automation infrastructure to handle massive production tests efficiently.
Monitor and analyze test results using Grafana to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Generate detailed test reports using Allure to provide stakeholders with insights into test coverage, results, and trends.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues discovered during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve them.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in test automation and infrastructure testing.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on test automation techniques and best practices.
