Role Overview
A leading organization in the digital education space is seeking an experienced Head of Product Management. This senior, strategic position is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, driving innovation across platforms, and leading a team of product managers. The role is central to shaping the companys product future, maximizing user value, and ensuring long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the overall Product Strategy with cross-functional teams.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
Drive innovation by integrating advanced technologies, data, and AI.
Conduct market research and user testing to continuously optimize products.
Oversee the product lifecycle to ensure relevance, impact, and ROI.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in product management.
5+ years of experience managing and leading product teams.
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or certifications advantage.
Experience with digital products, preferably in education, content, or EdTech.
Familiarity with product management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Discovery).
Strong understanding of data, UX, and AI with hands-on application strong advantage.
Proven ability to operate across complex interfaces and dynamic environments.
