We are looking for AI Engineer to join the Data Science team.

As an AI Engineer in the Data Science team, you will be working closely with applied researchers on model optimizations, GPU and hardware, language-model optimizations in the Video and Language domains and more. Your code will reach Azure resources and extensions, and you will use various technology stacks with the latest tools and methodologies. You will be expected to ;break down problems, learn and develop, have an open mind, and have ownership all the way to production. Working in a multi-disciplinary team will require excellent communication skills and at the heart of it all, alignment with Microsoft values and endless curiousness.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate closely with multiple teams across Microsoft to deliver key customer solutions and the technologies that support them.

Build features end-to-end from our endpoint installed on user machines across multiple platforms, all the way to Cloud Services.

Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery of the future architecture for highly scalable, durable, low-latency systems.

Build an effective and agile development organization by applying industry-leading best practices.

Lead the definition of requirements, KPIs, priorities, and the planning of engineering deliverables.

Demonstrate proven team-building experience, including mentoring and growing team members.

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Microsoft Red Team, you will focus on designing, building, and delivering advanced red team tools that leverage LLMs and autonomous agents to automate and enhance red teaming operations. This role will involve building practical, production-grade security capabilities to help Microsoft stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.



Responsibilities
Become a founding member of the AIAL group as part of Microsoft Red Team. Help shape the team culture and practices.
Design, implement, and support AI-driven red team services using generative as well as traditional AI techniques.
Contribute to red team tools for use by both human operators and AI red teaming services.

As part of Microsofts Data Integration platform, Fabric Dataflows empower millions of users to easily connect, transform, and unify data from diverse sources through a powerful low-code experience powered by Power Query. You will work with your peers and stakeholders to make the Innovation Hub the home of Cross Solution AI Transformation.

Technical Depth: Maintain and grow expertise in creating business value on top of the business applications including sales, services and marketing and Microsoft 365 platform to support AI transformation initiatives. Stay updated with the market trends and collaborate with the technical communities.

Technical Sales and Sales Leadership: Act as a strategic change agent within the business to shape Microsoft's programs and engineering offerings. Lead the creation of scalable, field-relevant assets through internal communities. Champion Hub engagement success by connecting technical capabilities to sales opportunities and serving as a trusted voice with sales leaders and account teams.
