KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and maintain server-side codebase with attention to detail
Proficient in code profiling for high-performance optimization
Delivering innovative solutions, and enhancing codebase quality
Skilled in Agile practices for fostering collaboration and iterative development to ensure efficient code delivery
Requirements: 4+ years of demonstrated experience in server development
Capable of quickly grasping new concepts and proficient in self-directed learning
Track record of successfully designing and implementing scalable, high-performance server architecture
Aptitude for effectively diagnosing and resolving complex server-side issues
Willingness to take on new coding challenges and step outside of the comfort zone
Collaborative and proactive mindset, leading features and removing roadblocks with minimal support
Practical experience working with NoSQL databases
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, considering the implications and ramifications of design decisions
