Responsibilities:
Hands-on development (~30% of the time) of complex systems for a variety of products and clients
Lead and manage a team of talented developers across multiple projects
Collaborate with Agile development teams in our R&D department
Work on diverse and cutting-edge projects involving deep cloud-software integration (e.g., banking rewards platforms, shooting simulators)
Drive technological innovation, including Cloud Native Apps, Monolith to Microservices transformation, and more
Stay on the forefront of cloud technologies and best practices
Requirements: 7+ years of backend development experience with.NET Core / Node.js
7+ years of frontend development experience with React / Angular
3+ years of experience in leading development teams
Proven experience in project-based companies -Must Have
Strong background in developing complex systems
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
