KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Management:
- Lead all site operations at our TLV site
- Maintain top-tier service standards and manage budget
- Deliver weekly operational and financial reports
- Ensure outstanding service and efficient inquiry resolution
- Run customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvements
-Drive client retention, renewals and extensions
- Build partnerships that elevate the client experience
Supplier & Contractor Oversight:
- Maintain long-term vendor relationships
- Ensure quality control across services
- Oversee purchasing and optimize costs

Requirements: - Experience in real estate, facility management, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.

- Excellent multitasking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance, openness, and positive attitude.
- Fluent English spoken and written (a must).
- Proven experience managing a P&L, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial management software and reporting tools.
