Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations for online gaming projects.
- Oversee and monitor project processes, ensuring efficient execution.
- Develop and implement methodologies to optimize workflows and processes.
- Supervise and manage team members, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Create and implement control mechanisms to ensure projects stay on track.
- Drive strategic thinking with an analytical mindset to improve project outcomes.
Requirements: - Proven experience in project management, ideally in digital or gaming environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Power BI, Asana(preferred), Monday.com.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify issues and create effective solutions.
- Must be proactive, smart, and eager to learn and grow in the field.
- Experience in creating and managing operational processes is a plus.
