This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organizations daily operations. With a particular focus on managing the different office staff members and overseeing projects that cross reference between roles.It is not the role of actual planning and executing weekly Shabbat and weekend programs both in Jerusalem and in other locations across Israel. Rather the focus of the role is to manage internal systems,, and contribute to the strategic development of the organization.
Ensure that procedures and policies are being implemented well.
Develop systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements: Staff Management:
Supervise administrative staff, house managers.
Recruit, train, and manage team members.
Ensure smooth internal communication and clarity around responsibilities.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Strong spoken and written Hebrew able to communicate confidently.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Deep familiarity with and commitment to Jewish values.
Experience in Jewish outreach, hospitality, or youth/young adult programming - a plus
Strong Analytical side - important for keeping track of results, improvements.
This is a part-time to 1/2 to 3/4- time role with flexible hours, ideal for a dynamic and organized professional with a deep commitment to Kiruv and caring for Klal Yisroel.
