We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Application Specialist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from all aspects define project scope, structure, work plan, and timeline working with both business stakeholders & other MIS teams.
Design and implement scalable solutions based on the Salesforce platform, 3rd party apps, and best practices
Hands-on implementation including custom objects & fields, Lightning pages, Flow, validation rules, roles & permissions, etc.
Characterize the needs and requirements of business owners.
Explore and suggest improvements to existing processes innovate!
Support users with their problems by solving bugs or improving system logic
Requirements: BA in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems or equivalent
3-4 Years of experience with project management and customizing the Salesforce CRM platform, Service Cloud.
Strong Project Management experience
Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Process and analytical orientation
Fluent English is a must, additional languages an advantage
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator - Advantage
