We are seeking a senior product manager on our team who would build the vision and roadmap to developing novel AI Security and Safety products, work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders including research teams, business security teams, Data Science teams, Product development teams and others. Experiencing in building and launching AI focused products, technical skills and experience with go-to-market in a fast paced business environment is a must. Our customers and partners are strongly technical and this role requires a strong display of driving technical partnership and influence leading to strong business outcomes. Responsibilities
Problem Solver: Knows when and how to be scrappy and entrepreneurial, hypothesis driven and analytical; exercises strong judgment when balancing risks and while making trade-off decisions
Product Owner: Brings demonstrated experience building or supporting platform level capabilities; creates and evangelizes a killer product roadmap that inspires teams and win buy-ins from stakeholders; can deploy impact-driven prioritization frameworks that make informed trade-offs; can mentor junior PMs.
Customer Champion: Has deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights; is obsessed with solving customer problems.
Influencing Skills: Able to use data, metrics, and analysis to drive consensus; skilled in stakeholder management and communication at all levels of the organization; can effectively tailor communications to the appropriate audience to ensure broad alignment, awareness, and advocacy of the product.
Technical Complexity: Demonstrate profound understanding of platform components; Unblock engineering teams on cross-functional dependencies, supporting convergence towards future architecture and infrastructure, and building scalable solutions that extend across the company.
