- Oversee day-to-day website operations, including launches, sales promotions, content management, and product uploads (Hebrew & English).
- Plan and execute, and analyze digital performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Analyses data to deliver data -driven strategies, improve performance, and achieve KPIs.
- Work closely with the sales team on inventory management.
- Optimize website performance and drive conversion rate improvements through ongoing analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to lead tech and marketing enhancements.
- Ensure the online customer journey is seamless, engaging, and aligned with brand identity;
including newsletters, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Calendar
Requirements: - Proven experience managing an E-Commerce major website. Global company is a big plus!
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce operations.
- Strong background in digital marketing and website optimization.
- High analytical capabilities to measure the websites performance.
- Proven experience in working with CRM, Google Analytics, Tag, Merchant Center, and Marketing Automation platforms; Yotpo, Klaviyo,
- Experience with paid media, e-commerce growth strategies, and ad-tech innovations.
- Understanding of online acquisition activities and their impact on e-commerce sites.
- Profound technological understanding, ability to anticipate problems and provide creative solutions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Genuine passion for the Mobile and Consumer Electronics industry.
