We are looking for a motivated, sales driven, and analytical Junior Affiliate Manager to join our growing team in Herzliya. This is a full time, on site role with no hybrid option.

What Youll Do:
Build, manage, and nurture long term relationships with Affiliate partners.
Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the Affiliate network.
Monitor and analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and work toward clear KPIs.
Conduct ongoing market research, follow worldwide trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, BI, Product, and Creative to ensure campaign success.
Requirements: Sales oriented mindset combined with strong analytical thinking.
Ability to research, surf the web independently, and stay updated with global trends.
Familiar with the online casino industry Mandatory.
Fluency in English Mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn and grow.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and multitask.
