We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our analytics team in the Big Data Platform group.
You will support our product and business data initiatives, expand our data warehouse, and optimize our data pipeline architecture.
You must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop enterprise-grade Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments
Create data infrastructure for various R&D groups across the organization to support product development and optimization
Work with data experts to assist with technical data-related issues and support infrastructure needs
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for scalability
Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across various systems

Responsibilities

Pull data from various data sources and integrate into the ETL process
Optimize workloads to reduce cost and improve performance
Develop monitoring over BI infrastructure
Translate business requirements to technical specifications
Work closely with Product analysts, Marketing, Data Scientists and Finance to deliver insights
Design and own our DWH
Work with a variety of databases (Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, MySQL)
Monitor the integrity and validity of the data

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing Analytics to lead and scale our analytics function across user acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive performance for our mobile game portfolio. Youll collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, and finance teams to guide decisions, optimize campaigns, and help shape growth strategies across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of marketing analytics frameworks for user acquisition (UA), paid media, influencer campaigns, and ASO.
Drive measurement and attribution strategies (including SKAN, MMPs) to optimize ROAS and LTV across channels and geographies.
Partner with UA, creative, and product teams to design experiments (A/B tests), interpret results, and recommend actions.
Oversee marketing data science projects including various models such as LTV, MMM, Churn and more.
Analyze player funnel behavior and segment performance to inform targeting and creative strategy.
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing analytics team.
