As a Frontend Engineer Team Lead in the OS platform, youll be part of creating a platform that allows developers at Wix to build fast, reliable, and consistent back-office pages and deliver a seamless experience to users. In your day-to-day, you will:

Manage a team of experienced frontend developers, including roadmap and vision building, task prioritization, decision-making, and people management

Drive the platforms strategic direction, internally and externally, by defining its vision and identifying opportunities for growth and impact

Work within the team, providing mentorship, advice, and encouraging knowledge sharing with other teams in the group

Design complex platform architecture using a deep technical understanding of both internal and external systems

Provide scalable and widely applicable solutions for both cross-Wix and cross-platform challenges

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented System Integrator to join our Integration Team. This role involves integration and testing of complex multidisciplinary systemsincluding optical componentscollaboration with R&D, engineering, and field service engineers, and supporting system bring-up and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform integration and testing of electro-mechanical and optical systems
Run system-level diagnostics and identify root causes
Work closely with field service engineers to resolve technical issues
Ensure high standards of quality and compliance throughout the integration process
Operate lab equipment and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system readiness

As a Backend Developer on Wix's Document Management team, youll be at the core of our Editor platform, where you'll build and maintain the scalable backend systems that power 192+ million users' websites. In your day-to-day you will:

Develop and maintain highly scalable backend systems supporting 192+ million users across multiple Editor types
Create and optimize JSON definitions that power live site rendering and user experiences
Build robust business logic solutions for all Wix editor functionalities and workflows
Design and expose APIs to verticals and editors for seamless document manipulation
Implement high RPM services while managing complex CPU and memory optimization requirements
Deploy production-ready code daily using Node.js, Scala, and serverless architectures
Practice test-driven development and maintain clean, maintainable code standards across microservices

Note: This is a temporary position for 6-9 months.

As a UX Writer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting the user experience and creating clear and compelling copy that guides and engages our users at every touchpoint.

In this role, you will:

Write clear, creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice

Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy

Build upon and help maintain adherence to our style guide

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and other stakeholders

Work with other writing groups including Marketing and Knowledge Base to ensure a consistent user experience

Conduct product and user research

Coordinate localization efforts to ensure efficient and successful localization for our global audience (20 languages and counting)

Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines
