Position Summary

Were looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Team Lead to join SciPlays SciTech group our platform team that drives innovation and provides tech solutions empowering our partner teams to create the best player experiences.
Youll lead a global team of developers and QA engineers (based mainly in Ukraine), guiding both the technical direction and teams growth, while remaining actively involved in coding and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of developers and QA engineers.

Develop and maintain back-end services with C#,.NET, and ASP.NET Core.

Build and optimize mobile-first web apps using TypeScript, React, and JSX.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services across the full SDLC.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and stay updated on emerging technologies.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience designing and building scalable microservices and server-side applications. This role requires deep expertise in Java, React, and AWS, as well as solid understanding of modern architectural patterns.

Youll play a key role in developing our next-generation, multi-tenant system building cloud-native services from the ground up while supporting and improving our existing product. Youll also contribute to architectural direction and mentor other engineers on the team.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end development of software components/services (research, design, development, testing, rollout, monitoring).
Contribute to technological and architectural decisions.
Mentor other engineers in the team (via code reviews, dedicated sessions, pair programming, etc.).
Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various components in our system.
Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver the best product to our customers.

As a Full-stack Engineer, you'll lead the development of data-centric applications, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch solutions. In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead, build, and own the development of complex data-centric applications end-to-end
Be fully hands-on at both the client and server side of the stack, using functional TypeScript, Scala, Node.js, and React.js
Integrate with various big data and analytics technologies, working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
Collaborate closely with other teams, product managers, and users to lead complex projects
Invest time in your own personal growth in the frontend group at Wix, and contribute by mentoring others
