Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic BI Developer to join our dynamic Marketing Tech team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights into player behavior, marketing campaign performance, and overall business trends. You will work closely with marketing analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to translate complex data into compelling and easy-to-understand visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Collaborate with marketing analysts to translate business requirements into effective data visualizations
Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve marketing campaign effectiveness and player engagement
Perform data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data visualizations
Create and maintain documentation for all dashboards and reports
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and BI
Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies
Contribute to the improvement of data quality and data governance processes

What you'll be doing
Analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to inform strategic decision-making.
Design, manage and maintain analytics products and BI solutions for the entire group.
Create clear and visually compelling reports and dashboards to present analytical findings to key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized reporting solutions that address specific business needs.
Work closely with multiple teams (R&D, Product, Monetization and more) to understand business objectives and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives. Translate business requirements into actionable analytical tasks and deliverables. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights.

Data Engineering Manager, Analytics Responsibilities
Proactively drive the vision for BI and Data Warehousing across a product vertical, and define and execute on a plan to achieve that vision.
Define the processes needed to achieve operational efficency in all areas, including project management and system reliability.
Build a high-quality BI and Data Warehousing team and design the team to scale.
Build cross-functional relationships with Data Scientists, Product Managers and Software Engineers to understand data needs and deliver on those needs.
Manage data warehouse plans across a product vertical.
Drive the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines in production.
Drive data quality across the product vertical and related business areas.
Manage the delivery of high impact dashboards and data visualizations.
Define and manage SLAs for all data sets and processes running in production.

Own the design of data models that transform raw data into actionable insights, and define their strategic use to inform decisions that fuel growth and optimize marketing strategies

Leverage technical skills to work with vast amounts of data, establish measurement frameworks, and analyze results to align activities with north star objectives and identify areas for growth

Conduct funnel and behavioral analyses, research key metrics, and extract actionable insights to enhance user journeys and uncover new opportunities

Collaborate with teams across Marketing and Wix to understand business needs, translate them into data solutions, and align efforts with strategic goals

Create and execute A/B tests, evaluate results with statistical rigor, and provide deeper insights from detailed analysis to inform ongoing optimization

Build automated tools, design dashboards, and empower stakeholders to track and understand key metrics, making data both accessible and actionable for strategic decision-making
