Lead the full program lifecycle - from early concept, prototyping, and verification to clinical readiness.
Drive cross-functional teams, both outsource and internal, across ultrasound imaging, signal and image processing, system localization and control, and mechanical therapy head development.
Integrate complex subsystems - coordinating imaging software, electromechanical modules, and Embedded control for a cohesive, reliable therapy platform.
Collaborate closely with clinicians and researchers to translate clinical insights into robust design and user requirements.
Execution - define milestones, manage risks, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-moving environment.
Participate in defining the technology roadmap and scale-up path toward clinical and commercial success.
Requirements: 8+ years in medical device development or ultrasonic imaging system engineering (hardware/software).
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams - spanning software, mechanical, electrical, and clinical domains.
Solid technical understanding of ultrasound imaging, control systems, and electromechanical design.
Hands-on familiarity with medical device lifecycle: design controls, verification validation, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong communicator who can inspire alignment between engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders.
Passion for innovation that directly impacts patient outcomes.
Experience in negotiations with subcontractors and consultanats
