We are a U.S. wellness company looking for someone passionate about social media, the creator economy, and storytelling who wants to help us grow our influencer community, manage partnerships, and bring our brand voice to life across channels.
This role will lead the development of our influencer and creator program, while also managing day-to-day social media execution, supporting PR efforts, and helping us scale awareness through authentic content and partnerships.
Assist in building and managing our creator and influencer programs from the ground up.
Identify, outreach, and onboard creators and influencers into our program.
Manage relationships, gifting campaigns, Affiliate partnerships, and collaborations.
Develop creative briefs and guide content creation (with focus on TikTok/Reels/UGC).
Coordinate with influencers to run campaigns, whitelisted content, and UGC.
Requirements: 1-3 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or PR.
Native or mother-tongue level English is required.
A proactive, creative self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with social media metrics and content performance optimization.
Interest in wellness, food, design, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Excitement about working in a startup, adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn.
