We are seeking a results-driven DevOps Team Lead to head the DevOps and Infrastructure team within our R&D organization. This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to drive operational excellence, empower teams with robust tools and automation, and ensure high system reliability and scalability.

As the DevOps Team Lead, you will be instrumental in delivering critical KPIs, including system uptime, automation, incident management, and collaboration with development and QA teams to enable self-sufficiency. Additionally, you will serve as the leader for strategic projects, identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure and operational processes, setting long-term goals, and executing initiatives that align with Cyberints business objectives and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Identify and lead strategic projects to enhance Cyberints platform scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Develop and execute a roadmap for critical infrastructure and DevOps initiatives that drive business success.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align projects with organizational priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
System Reliability & Uptime

Lead initiatives to ensure system reliability, minimize disruptions, and maintain high availability for Cyberints SaaS platform.
Establish and manage proactive monitoring, alerting, and preventive maintenance strategies.
Drive incident prevention efforts, ensuring robust failover and disaster recovery mechanisms.
Develop and maintain playbooks to enable rapid diagnosis and resolution of issues.
Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), & Self-Service Enablement

Champion the adoption of automation and IaC to streamline infrastructure management and deployments.
Build and enhance self-service tools and frameworks, empowering R&D teams to operate independently with minimal reliance on DevOps.
Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment speed and reliability.

We're looking for a IT Technical Ops Infrastructure Team Leader to join our platform group and drive execution across technical operations, infrastructure, and delivery processes. This role blends leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration and is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

Youll lead a hybrid team (on-site and offshore), work with global stakeholders, and partner with our Program Managers to track delivery in Jira and bring structure to rapidly evolving workflows. This is a key role in helping us scale and operate more efficiently as we build the future of secure cloud connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (including offshore members)
Own execution planning, delivery tracking, and team velocity
Collaborate with Program Managers to define, track, and report work in Jira
Implement and optimize working procedures for technical teams
Manage Cloud IT systems and user lifecycle (e.g., Okta/Azure, Our SaaS access).
Oversee 3rd party service providers, procurement, and budgeting.
Design and implement automation (Python preferred), including AI-driven workflows.
Support R&D and QA teams with cloud infra, and internal developer's tools and Dev Environments.
Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Field Ops.
Ensure compliance with internal security policies by working closely with the CISO and applying SecOps requirements across Cloud IT systems and operations.

What you'll be doing
Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our DevOps and Production Engineering capabilities, aligning multiple teams around common patterns, tools, and practices.
Design Cloud-Native Solutions: Architect and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, IaC, and other modern frameworks to power our growing technology ecosystem.
Accelerate Developer Experience: Spearhead improvements to our CI/CD pipelines, developer portals, and internal platforms to empower engineering teams to ship higher-quality software, faster.
Optimize Data Infrastructure: Engineer and support robust platforms for our data-intensive workloads, ensuring the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of systems leveraging technologies like Kafka.
Drive DevOps Transformation: Mentor team members, lead the Production Engineering & DevOps Infra function, and collaborate with fellow R&D leaders to champion modern practices across the organization.
