What you'll be doing
Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate multiple projects' builds, tests, and deployments.
Design and implement new technologies and tools.
Improve codebase to support CI best practices (code source structure, architecture, builds, versioning, packaging, and testing.
Simplify the process to make it accessible to the development teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with software developers, QA engineers, SREs, and end-to-end testing teams to align pipelines with quality gates and production requirements
Proactively identify and fix the issues in tooling and processes

As a DevOps Engineer at Wix's Media Platform group, you'll manage and monitor our cloud-based environments, handling data for over 220 million users and 500 million web-sites. Your main objectives will be automating operations, maintaining production systems, managing scalable web applications, and implementing stringent security measures. In your day-to-day you will:

Build multi data-center architecture with hundreds of servers

Quickly identify and resolve infrastructural bugs

Get a chance to work with virtually all aspects of our rapidly-developing infrastructure

Drive the success of our systems advancements, cooperating with the development, support and QA teams

Leverage technologies like Kubernetes, GKE, Python or Golang, Linux, shell scripting, Github Actions, ArgoCD and Terraform to achieve goals

As a DevOps Engineer in the KubeOps team, you'll specialize in Kubernetes infrastructure management and operations. You'll design, implement, and maintain our Kubernetes ecosystem at scale. In your day-to-day, you will:

Design, implement, and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS

Architect and maintain highly available and resilient Kubernetes infrastructures

Manage infrastructure of Kubernetes from different flavors on top of AWS cloud at scale

Use your expertise in Linux and networking fundamentals to enhance system performance, security, and reliability

Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployment processes

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and services

Join Our Operations Team

We are seeking a proactive, experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic Operations team. Youll be working on a cutting-edge SaaS solution that runs on AWS (EKS-based Kubernetes infrastructure), supporting an architecture with many moving parts. What Youll Do

As an SRE at Cyberint, you will be instrumental in ensuring the observability, stability, and scalability of our platform. You will develop automated solutions and monitoring tools to proactively detect and respond to incidents, improve system resilience, and collaborate with engineering teams across the company to embed operational excellence into our product lifecycle.

Additionally, you will help evolve our AI-driven operational and monitoring tooling, including our on-call assistant bot, which leverages AI technologies to streamline incident resolution, automate repetitive tasks, and support real-time decision-making for engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to detect and prevent reliability issues.
Develop tools and automation (Python, Bash, etc.) for improving infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to embed reliability-first principles into every stage of the development process.
Participate in and improve incident response processes, including running blameless postmortems and implementing preventive measures.
Enhance our Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices to streamline deployments and reduce risk.
Maintain and extend internal AI-driven tools, such as bots that support SRE workflows (on-call management, triaging, etc.).
Document infrastructure, playbooks, and operational procedures to facilitate onboarding and knowledge sharing.
