A fast-growing technology company in the infrastructure and energy domain is seeking an experienced system Engineering Leader. The role involves end-to-end ownership of system architecture and system -level requirements for complex, multidisciplinary solutions combining hardware, Embedded software, communications, and algorithms, operating at large-scale IoT environments.
The role requires close collaboration with hardware, software, and algorithm teams, from early-stage definition based on customer and market needs, through development, certification, deployment, and field installation.
Key Responsibilities
Define system -level and product feature qualification requirements
Write and manage system documentation, including:
system Requirements Specification (SRS)
High-Level Design Description (HLDD)
Define compliance and regulatory requirements (environmental, safety, radio, EMI/RFI
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering mandatory
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering for multidisciplinary systems
Proven experience in architecture and development of systems combining hardware, Embedded software, and algorithms
Experience with power systems, electronics, and software architectures
In-depth understanding of electrical interfaces and communication protocols preferred
Experience with large-scale IoT systems strong advantage
Ability to write clear, detailed system requirements and manage the process independently
Strong system -level thinking with leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to lead meetings and drive discussions
Hands-on approach when needed
High level of English proficiency written and spoken
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
