Global Pharma company is looking for a technically hands-on ERP Project Manager and Systems Analyst with a strong ERP background, who has grown from a software development role.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical understanding, especially in IBM AS/400 environments, and experience with middleware (DataPower, TIBCO) and ERP modules such as order management, pricing, inventory, and customer dataprimarily in commercial and distribution settings
Requirements: - Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in project management and process analysis.
- Process analysis and writing specifications, including guidance and implementation with developers, testers, and users.
- Task management and work plan coordination for the AS400 development and testing teams.
- Task, schedule, and project management with various organizational entities.
- Responsibility for the quality of deliverables.
- Familiarity with validation processes.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP systems, with an emphasis on supply chain, orders, inventory, and sales.
- Specialization in Information Systems or other relevant education.
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- High customer awareness and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization.
