We are looking for a skilled system Engineer to join our Netanya team, specializing in wireless synchronization, MAC algorithms, and advanced mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) products.
As part of the team, you will define and optimize MAC and networking protocols, enhance synchronization (e.g., time/frequency), and integrate systems for cutting-edge wireless solutions. Collaboration with internal teams and international customers will be crucial to your success in this role.



Key Responsibilities:
Enhance synchronization techniques (e.g., time/frequency)
Define medium access control (MAC) methods and protocols
Contribute to the development and optimization of MANETs
Oversee system integration and verification to ensure robust wireless network performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team
Project Oversight: Oversee and coordinate system engineering efforts for multiple B2B and B2G projects
Networking & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all networking and communication within the department
Project Management Reviews: Conduct and oversee critical project management reviews, including SOW, PDR, CDR, and SRR
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for system engineering that align with organizational goals

? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
? Write, review, and approve QA documents, including SOPs, specifications, procedures, templates, and forms.
? Manage and lead quality events and deviations that occur during the product manufacturing stages.
? Performing risk assessments and evaluations
? Managing CAPAs, Change Control action items, training execution, and effectiveness checks
? Investigate customer complaints related to quality issues
? Support internal and external audits
