You will manage strategic projects within Aura's Content Solutions organization, AKA Aura News.

Due to your strong technical and data orientation, you will have the ability to deep dive into our product bits and bytes and contribute significantly to the evolution and performance of our product.

To better understand the projects with the biggest impact, you will need to work closely with most teams across the organization.

What you'll be doing
Identify, define, and manage the execution of projects and A/B tests to drive measurable growth and performance improvements for the organization.
Streamline operations by developing and leading internal processes to enhance efficiency and goal alignment.
Collaborate closely with technical teams, including developers, QA, Product, Business Intelligence, and Monetization, to ensure seamless execution.
Create customer-facing documentation to communicate product performance, A/B test results, and new features effectively to clients.
Provide support to US-based client-facing teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
What we're looking for
Data-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Hands-on experience with relevant technologies, software, and programming languages.
Academic excellence, holding an honors degree from a recognized university, preferably in engineering, with a GPA of 80+.
Experience or willingness to conduct technical research

Requirements:
Project/Operations Management experience
R&D background including software development - MUST!
Proven ability to lead a project end to end, drive peers to execution and work with peers from different disciplines
Experience in matrix management of multidisciplinary teams including RND, QA, Tech writers, Management
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Independent, Confident, Self-directed with a can-do attitude
It would be great if you also have:

Background in the security field
Experience working with customers
Background in cloud technologies
Knowledge and experience in CI/CD and agile methodologies
Familiarity with Check Point products
