What Youll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Define strategic vision, architecture principles, and best practices for delivering scalable and secure AI, cloud, and data solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and ation of client projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Drive innovation across modern platforms, including AI, cloud-native engineering, security, and zero-trust architectures.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading strategic discussions and translating business challenges into technical solutions.
Partner with internal PwC teams to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.
Requirements: Requirements
3+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary tech teams ( DevOps, architects, developers)
Proven expertise in IT architecture, cloud engineering (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure a plus), and solution delivery.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
Background in regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, or FinTech preferred).
Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with business impact.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with client-facing experience; AI delivery experience is a plus.
