As a product manager, you'll lead the development and enhancement of tools that empower users to effectively manage their customers and build meaningful interactions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, establish KPIs, and deliver impactful solutions that help users grow and thrive online.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, user interviews, data analysis, wireframing, defining product scope, setting KPIs, and guiding the product from development to launch
Collaborate with experts across various disciplines to quickly deliver impactful analytics solutions that enable users to make data-driven decisions and grow their online presence
Enhance product quality by leveraging user feedback, data insights, usability testing, and other methods
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role
Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product direction
In-depth knowledge of the AI/ML landscape and its application for creating user-focused products
Strong business acumen with a user-centric mindset
Proven track record of ownership and execution, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
