Role Overview:
The role involves creating and managing the company's technical documentation, including knowledge bases, API references, and product guides. The candidate will be responsible for translating complex systems into clear, accurate, and engaging content that serves both technical and business audiences.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and organize high-quality documentation for:
o Cloud platform components (infrastructure, AI services, data pipelines)
o Developer tools (CLI, APIs, Terraform)
o Operational workflows (deployment, security, monitoring, onboarding)
Own and evolve the knowledge base
Design and write API reference documentation
Requirements: Requirements:
Native-level English fluency
3-5+ years of experience writing documentation for technical products
Proven ability to produce Developer -facing content (API, CLI)
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and DevOps workflows - Advantage
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
