End-to-end features development including research, design, testing, deployment and monitoring

Key Responsibilities
Translate ambiguous product or business challenges into well-defined data science problems
Research and prototype cutting-edge AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, etc.)
Design and implement data-driven algorithms, analyze data, build and evaluate models
Collaborate with engineering to deploy scalable, production-ready solutions
Work with product teams to align AI solutions with user needs and business goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and fellow scientists to bring research into production and deliver measurable impact

Lead and expand Check Points Hybrid Mesh Security product strategy - securing data centers, clouds, SaaS, branches, and remote users into a seamless, secure, and automated architecture.
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, integrating advanced AI, automation, and analytics to simplify operations and improve threat prevention.
Partner deeply across the company - collaborating with Chief Architect, Product Managers, R&D teams, and executives - to deliver a cohesive and comprehensive solution.
Oversee the product lifecycle from vision to continuous innovation, driving outcomes that matter to global enterprises.
Engage directly with customers, partners, and analysts to gather insight, shape strategy, and champion our Hybrid Mesh Security vision.

A day-to-day role as a Team Manager at Similarweb includes:

Managing a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.
Leading the development of advanced and creative solutions for complex technical challenges in areas like big data and machine learning.
Collaborating closely with data extraction, platform, and product teams.
Communicating with business stakeholders and gathering feedback from customers.
Hiring new team members and developing the groups structure.
Playing a crucial role in shaping product strategy within a startup-like environment.
Day-to-day, the team you will lead will:

Develop statistical and machine learning algorithms on large-scale data to estimate metrics, create features, and deliver insights.
