Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale the Product Management function, building and mentoring a high-performing team of product managers.
Define and own the workspace platform experience strategy, including vision, roadmap, and growth, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and high-level scoping to launch and iteration.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our solutions address real-world challenges and deliver exceptional value.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the CTO, AI architects, R&D, data science, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver at high velocity.
Represent and evangelize Check Points workspace vision and products internally and externallyvia keynotes, industry events, and customer engagements.
Craft compelling product narratives that communicate the value of the workspace product line to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements: 5+ years of product management leadership experience, including building and scaling product teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
3+ years of hands-on experience with product-led growth and high-velocity SaaS offerings.
A proven track record of taking products from concept to successful launch and driving market adoption.
Strong technical intuition and a deep understanding of user experience and behavioral analytics, combined with a customer-centric mindset.
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven attitude and a passion for innovation and meaningful impact.
