On site installation at Customer site of new products/modules released from the company
Technical discussions with RND from CDR to release with focus on field calibration needs (service approach)
Technical writing of the new products/modules to the field
Training of company local team worldwide on the new products.
Communicating the requirements of customer needs to the R D, include the onsite feedback.
Defining product properties Ease of use, GUI, improvements.
Support the global territories technical teams.
Writing documentation for support and training in English
Support new and existing systems abroad.
Requirements: BSc Degree or Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering
Two years experience (or more) as installation engineer/ Integration engineer / Support Engineer / Service engineer/ in the semiconductor industry on multidisciplinary machines.
Willing to travel abroad when it will become relevant (50% travel)
Working with various company interfaces R D, Manufacturing, field service teams.
Fluent English (oral and written) Must
