A public communication software solutions leading company is looking for a CRM Business Analyst to join the company IT Applications departments CRM team, focusing on service-related systems within our CRM environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions leveraging our existing applications and technology tools.
This role will support and enhance key service applications, including Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow), Wrike, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Subscription Management, as well as manage and maintain interfaces across related systems.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with users to gather and document business requirements for service-related applications.
Design and propose solutions based on existing applications and available tools.
Support day-to-day operations and user inquiries for CRM service applications.
Identify areas for system enhancements and work closely with IT and vendor teams to implement changes.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Manage interfaces and integrations between CRM applications and other systems.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role, ideally within a hi-tech or global company.
Strong understanding of CRM and service-related systems and interfaces.
Skilled in identifying and resolving application issues with a proactive approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of working effectively with users and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently while taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
A team player who is adaptable and a quick learner.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of Wrike- an advantage
Knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud (B2C) or similar CRM systems- an advantage
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud service modules- an advantage
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud- an advantage
