We are looking for a Group PM with a track record of delivering game changing innovation to serve as team leader for the QuickBooks B2B Payments Network, taking the effort to product market fit and laying the foundation for rapid growth in adoption. This will include launching integrated advanced payment capabilities for the receiving parties.
We are looking for a passionate, customer obsessed Group Product Manager to chart the course for key elements of how QuickBooks delivers on the promise of B2B payments, around the world.
In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for managing a team to drive significant impact and growth by creating a bold product vision for the future, aligning product strategies across various teams, driving experimentation, and delivering innovative products to market.
You will partner closely with the product teams focused on QuickBooks Bill Pay, QuickBooks Fintech Platform, QuickBooks Money and other global teams.
Responsibilities
Align the team, executives, and stakeholders around a bold vision and product strategy
Report on performance in business and KPI reviews
Create a team culture that fosters learning, personal growth, executional excellence and engagement
Develop deep customer empathy and customer-backed solutions through immersing incustomer research
Partner with engineering to deliver scalable and flexible capabilities
Work closely with product managers and designers to craft simple and impactful product experiences across web and mobile platforms
Coach teams to make data-backed decisions and run hypothesis-driven, customer-backedexperiments
Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learningmindset and a bias towards action
Exhibit strong cross-functional partnership that demonstrates a high bar for collaboration and one team mindset
Requirements: 6+ years of experience delivering world class product experiences, ideally with experience building two sided platforms and creating network effects
Track record of recruiting and leading a high performing, empowered, and engaged team of product managers
Track record of successfully launching and scaling new products. Demonstrated ability to establish and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy. Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a history of executing and delivering results
Track record of partnering closely and building trust with cross functional teams to drive outcomes
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate datastreams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Passionate for solving customer problems
Familiarity with payments space preferred
Bachelors degree required. MBA or MS a plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered
