Key Responsibilities
Manage medium to large strategic IT projects
Plan, create, execute and maintain various project plans
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Lead project meetings, set expectations for the project team, communicate decisions, track budget, manage stakeholders, manage scope, manage risks, and alert when needed
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Facilitate coordination across cross-functional teams to drive execution
Investigate and understand emerging business issues, research, and suggest alternative-solutions
Implement change practices and Agile methodology
Requirements: 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Management or similar; Master degree is an advantage
Team player with the ability to rapidly gain understanding of business processes and applications
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Vast experience with Excel; Relational databases like SQL is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (Hebrew and English)
Experience with Atlassian's Jira/Confluence - an advantage
Experience in global companies an advantage
Experience with Agile methodology an advantage
