A leading company in Bnei Brak is looking for a Senior Python Developer
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of backend systems.
Develop and maintain production-grade Python-based services and APIs.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong test coverage (unit, integration, etc.).
Participate in high-level system design discussions and make key technical decisions.
Identify and resolve performance issues in services, databases, and infrastructure.
Lead a cross-functional Scrum team consisting of Frontend, Backend, and QA engineers.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Data, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the field – required.
Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on backend development experience – required.
Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django – required.
Full proficiency working with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Redis) – required.
Experience using Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines – required.
Comfortable working with Linux-based systems, networking concepts, and debugging tools – required.
Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure – required.
Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineers and working in cross-functional teams – required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – required.
