Implementation Strategy and Technical Foundation: Develop an incremental implementation strategy and establish a strong technical foundation (architectural runway), preserving flexibility through abstraction and generalization.

Common Practices and Reuse: Advocate for the adoption of common technologies, design practices, and infrastructure. Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns, and influence the adoption of standard modeling, design, and coding practices across teams.

In this role, youll lead Agile planning and execution across one or more critical Areas, while helping teams strengthen their delivery practices. Youll play a key part in enabling scalable and predictable value delivery. Success in this role requires hands-on experience in Agile at scale, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to bring structure, alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the Area adheres to Agile principles and organizational guidelines
Lead all major Agile events - including Quarterly Planning (PIP), Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Demos, Backlog refinement, Inspect & Adapt
Align planning layers - Yearly, Quarterly, and Sprint - while managing dependencies and ensuring stakeholder commitment
Maintain full visibility in Jira across all planning and execution levels
